Step 1: Warm-Up: Awaken the Warrior5 minutes

Begin with dynamic stretches; perform high knees and arm circles. Transition to jumping jacks to wake up the entire body and prepare for exertion.

Step 2: Push-Ups: Wall of Shields5 minutes
